How it works

From idea to published in three steps

Connect your accounts once, plan the week on a calendar or a queue, and let approvals and publishing take care of themselves.

  1. Step 1

    Connect your accounts

Sign in to each network through its official login, or paste a bot token or webhook for Telegram and Discord.

  2. Step 2

    Plan and schedule

Drop posts onto the calendar or add them to the queue: each channel has weekly time slots, and every new post takes the next free one.

  3. Step 3

    Approve, publish and measure

Posts go to review when needed, publish on time through the official APIs and report back their views, likes and comments.

Features

Everything a social media team needs, in one place

From the first draft to the monthly report: write, plan, approve, publish, recycle and measure without switching tools.

  • One composer, every network

Write once, then fine-tune the text, media or link per channel. Live previews and character counters show exactly what each network will publish.

  • Threads and first comments

Split long stories into threads on X, Threads, Bluesky and Mastodon, and keep hashtags or links in a first comment.

  • Calendar and queue slots

Month, week and list views with drag-and-drop rescheduling, plus weekly time slots per channel that new posts fill automatically.

  • Bulk CSV import

Import up to 500 posts at once with dates, channels, media URLs, links, first comments and labels. A dry run checks every row first.

  • Approvals and client links

Require approval for editors' posts, and let clients approve or send back posts from a branded link, without an account.

  • Workspaces and roles

One workspace per brand or client, with admins, editors, approvers and viewers who see exactly what they should.

  • RSS and evergreen recycling

Turn new blog articles into posts automatically, and bring your best evergreen posts back into the queue on a schedule.

  • Short links with UTM

Tag links with UTM parameters, with the network as the source, and count clicks per day with privacy-friendly short links.

  • Analytics and best times

Views, likes, comments and shares per post and channel, top posts, and a heatmap of the hours your audience engages most.

  • AI writing assistant

Rewrite, shorten, translate or draft from a topic, and get hashtag and first comment ideas. Bring your own OpenAI-compatible or Anthropic key.

  • Media library

Folders, alt text and direct uploads to your server, Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2 or Vercel Blob. Files are checked against each network's limits.

  • REST API and notifications

Create posts, upload media and read analytics from your own tools. Alerts go to email, Slack, Teams, Discord, Telegram or a webhook.

Built to run as your own SaaS

Sell it under your own brand: plans with limits, recurring payments, a full admin panel and translations are all included.

  • Your name, logo and colours
  • Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay and bank transfer
  • Plans, limits and an admin panel
  • Any language, right-to-left included

Calendar and queue

See the whole week. Fill it in minutes.

Plan on a calendar the whole team understands, or let the queue decide: set your best posting times once and every post lands in the next free slot.

  • Month, week and list views filtered by channel, status or label. Drag a post to another day to move it.
  • Weekly queue slots per channel in your workspace's time zone, with daylight saving time handled for you.
  • Bulk-import up to 500 posts from a CSV file, checked row by row before anything is saved.
  • Each network's rules are checked before scheduling: text length, media types, file sizes and video length.

Approvals

Client sign-off without the email chain

Send clients a link, not a login. They see each post as it will appear, comment next to it and approve it or send it back in one click.

  • Owners, admins, editors, approvers and viewers: every workspace has the right role for each person.
  • Turn on "approval required" and editors' posts wait for a yes before they are scheduled.
  • Approval links expire after 90 days at most, can be protected with a password and revoked at any time.
  • Hear the moment a post needs review or gets a decision: email, Slack, Teams, Discord or Telegram.

Analytics

Know when your audience is listening

See what every post and channel brings in, and let the best-time heatmap show the hours that earn the most engagement per post.

  • Views, reach, likes, comments, shares and saves, wherever the network's API provides them.
  • A weekday and hour heatmap of the average engagement per post, in your workspace's time zone.
  • Compare channels, find your top posts, filter by period and export everything as CSV.
  • Numbers refresh on their own in the background, within each network's rate limits.

Automation

Keep the queue full without lifting a finger

New blog articles post themselves, evergreen favourites come back on schedule and every link tells you where the clicks came from.

  • RSS and Atom feeds become drafts, queued posts or instant posts on the channels you choose.
  • Evergreen posts return to the queue every few days or weeks, up to a limit you set, with a variation for X.
  • UTM parameters are added to your links automatically, with the network as the source.
  • Short links count clicks per day without storing IP addresses or setting cookies.

Ten networks, each one done properly

Every network has its own rules. Queuezen knows them, checks each post before it is scheduled and publishes through the official APIs.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What to know before you schedule your first post.

Ask us anything
Which social networks does Queuezen support?

Facebook Pages, Instagram (Business and Creator accounts), Threads, X, LinkedIn personal profiles, YouTube, Bluesky, Mastodon (any instance), Telegram channels and groups, and Discord channels through webhooks. Personal Facebook profiles and Groups can't be posted to: Meta's API doesn't allow it.

Do I need my own developer apps?

Yes, but only once, by whoever runs the platform, not by every customer. The operator creates developer apps for Meta (Facebook, Instagram and Threads), X, LinkedIn and Google (YouTube) and adds their keys in the admin panel; customers then simply click Connect. Before the public can connect, Meta requires App Review and Business Verification and Google requires OAuth verification, which can take days to weeks. The X API has no free tier: it is billed per post from prepaid credits, which is why plans can limit posts to X. Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram and Discord work without any app review.

Can clients approve posts without logging in?

Yes. Create an approval link and send it to your client: they see the posts exactly as they will be published, can comment, and approve them or send them back, without an account. Links expire after 90 days at most, can be protected with a password and can be revoked at any time. On plans with white label, the page shows your own logo, colour and company name.

Does it post automatically, or just remind me?

It posts automatically. At the scheduled time Queuezen publishes through each network's official API, including Instagram Reels, Stories and carousels, first comments and threads: no phone reminders and no copy and paste. If a network rejects a post, for example because a connection expired, you are notified and can fix it and try again in one click.

What are the video and storage limits?

Uploads can be up to 20 MB per image and 500 MB per video, and each network's own limits are checked before a post is scheduled, for example 140 seconds on X, 15 minutes for Instagram Reels and 12 hours on YouTube. Media is stored on the server, on S3-compatible storage such as Amazon S3 or Cloudflare R2, or on Vercel Blob, with large files uploaded straight to the storage.

Is there an AI writer?

Yes. The AI assistant in the composer rewrites a post for a network and tone, shortens or translates it, drafts one from a topic and suggests hashtags and first comments. It works with any OpenAI-compatible API (OpenAI, Groq, OpenRouter, a local Ollama and more) or with Anthropic, using the platform's own API key, on plans that include it.

Does it run on shared hosting or Vercel?

It runs wherever Node.js 20.9 or newer runs: a VPS, Docker, or cPanel hosting with Node.js app support. PHP-only shared hosting won't work. It also deploys to Vercel with a cloud MySQL database and S3, R2 or Vercel Blob for media. To publish on time, a cron job or the included worker calls the scheduler every minute.
